How can I find my student ID or password?

Please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • School Name
  • Student’s Full Name
  • Class Name
  • Student’s Birthday - YearMonthDay

Alternatively, the school will often be able to help you.

Can I still order my photographs once the deadline expires?

School Portrait will be available to order through the current academic year. Expected Delivery for different cut-off dates can be found:

  • Under your School Portraiture announcement
  • When you complete image and product selection, click “Proceed to Payment” at Online Ordering System, you can see details under “Delivery info”, “Service info”.
  • When you submit the online order, an order form will be emailed to you with “Delivery Info”.

Handling surcharge is required for late orders after the “current academic year”. Image files will normally store for at least 3 years.

Will the pictures I order be exactly as I see them online or are they edited?

The images you view online are generally un-retouched ‘straight from the camera’. Any that your order will automatically be retouched to clean the background and, if necessary, to remove any extraneous objects such as lights or other photographic equipment.


Normally, we do not retouch anything without your specific instructions.


Please add “Blemish Retouch” service for each selected image in product item. We will retouch Blemish before printing the photo.


If there is something you’d like us to do, e.g. to remove a mole, a hair on forehead, please make a note in the “REMARK” field. Modest retouching can normally be done free of charge.


Special editing service will be quoted upon request and confirm before production.

Can I make adjustments to my pictures?

If you would like to have adjustments made to any of your pictures (e.g. cropping, retouching, converting to B&W etc.) we’ll be happy to help. Just add some notes in the ‘REMARKS” field. Most requests are fulfilled free of charge. If we have questions about your request we’ll get in touch before we proceed.

Can I share my login details with family and friends and will they be able to see my photos?

Yes. You are welcomed to share your LOGIN DETAILS with family & friends. If they want to order pictures or products, they are welcome to input their contact details, select delivery and payment method.

Can I change the background colour?

No sorry. We cannot change the background colour of our pictures.

How do I select image and product?

Once you successfully login, you will see available single images and/or group photos. Select and Click on ONE favourite picture and relevant PRODUCT page will pop out. Please remember to mark the “QUANTITY” on selected product(S).

How do I change image and/or product selection?

During online preview and ordering process, you can see at the bottom of page, “Order another image” or “Add more product”, click to go back to the page with ALL IMAGES and make changes.


On the order confirmation page, under “qty” column, you can change quantity or delete image. To “Add more product” button is at the bottom of page.


If online order and payment has confirmed already, handling fee will be required for image or product or delivery changes.

One or more of the picture I ordered has arrived damaged. What can I do?

Please email a picture of the packaging and the damaged item(s) to [email protected]


We will investigate any such issue promptly and resolve things for you as quickly as possible.

I prefer not to pay online. Is there another way to pay?

We offer a range of alternative payment methods.


ePayments by FPS, PayMe, Alipay, Wechat and eCheque are welcome. Please remember to put “ORDER NO” in REMARK column so that we can follow up and proceed.


For bank transfer or direct deposit, please remember to email or WhatsApp “PAYMENT SLIP” with “ORDER NO” , Class and Student’s name so that we can record and proceed.


Credit card payments via Stripe / PayPal can be arranged online.

How long will it take to get my order?

Turnaround times vary by school project.


Delivery Info has been given to school for School Portrait announcement. Generally, we will arrange several batches of school delivery with different CUT-OFF dates.


Online orders are accepted throughout the current academic year. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please let us know and we will do our very best.

DIGITAL FILES (JPEGS): Do I own the copyright of my images once I purchase the JPEG?

School Master retains copyright of all the images it takes including any purchased as jpegs. The purchaser has permission to make prints or use these files in any way they choose provided it is for their own personal or private use.


This permission does not extend to commercial use, publishing or broadcasting. Should you wish to use any of School Master’s pictures for these purposes please contact us directly in advance.

How do I order a class or group picture?

CLASS PHOTO will be given automatically in specific PHOTO PACKAGE.


If you want to order only the CLASS/GROUP PHOTO click on the image you are thinking of buying and the appropriate product item will appear for your selection.
